Abstract


The article reviews following books: Sam HARRIS, The Moral Landscape. New York: Free Press 2010, 291 pp. and Patricia Smith CHURCHLAND, Braintrust. Princeton: Princeton University Press 2011, 273 pp. The aim of the articles it to emphasize the profound agreement of both authors on a naturalistic conception of ethics and to alert the reader to some deficiencies in their argumentation.
